As President & CEO of KH Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Kimberly has dedicated more than two decades to leading transformational initiatives across government, healthcare, philanthropy, and community impact. Her extensive experience, combined with her passion for helping others move forward, has made her a powerful voice for individuals, leaders, and organizations seeking meaningful and lasting change. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology and is an ICF-certified life and health coach. She is also the creator of MOVE, a philosophy and practical framework designed to help people make intentional decisions that move them toward the life they are called to live. Through this framework, Kimberly provides practical tools that help people turn knowledge, vision, and purpose into action.
